MAC Cham Pale Eye Khôls

I popped into MAC and found that they already had the new collections up for sale despite them not being up online yet. I’ve limited myself to buying only three products this month so I didn’t pay too much attention to the other collections. I have to say nothing else in Cham Pale really impressed me. I thought about getting the Dangerous Cuvee Paint Pot but it was so sheer when I swatched it! These pencils are £12.50 each and contain 1.5g of product. Here I have Feline, the ‘limited edition’ black that come out every year and I get No Kick which is a pink toned shimmering champagne. 

I had heard that Feline is a good bet if you are looking for a soft pencil that will smudge out easily for a smokey eye. It certainly fits the bill and if I were to wear in on my upper lash line I would definitely set it with a black shadow to avoid transferring it up my hooded lids. Imagine my surprise then when I wore it on my waterline and went to touch up after 4 hours. It hadn’t budged at all! it's a nice deep black too. I’ve heard mixed reviews on the staying power of this but for me it did a fab job. I won’t buy a back up right now as I’m sure it’s going to be released again. 

I Get No Kick has a slightly firmer texture so it takes a couple of swipes on the waterline but lasts reasonably well. It’s a nice way of brightening up your eyes and making you look wide awake without the starkness of a white pencil. It makes a fab inner corner highlight too.
