Age Warriors to The Front!
According to Woman’s Wear Daily, Avon is launching its latest anti-aging products (Ageless Results and Clinical Thermafirm) using a new marketing strategy. Avon has decided that women concerned with preserving their youthful looks can be divided into two camps. We’re either Age Warriors or Age Managers.
Age Managers think more about healthy skin than about fighting off the visible signs of aging. Age Warriors have begun to fight!
They want the latest in anti-aging ingredients and products. They might go to a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon for a quick fix; but they also want to wage the battle on the home front.
I have a tip for Avon: Age Managers are just in basic training to become Age Warriors. If we’re lucky, we all reach an age where we either throw in the towel and decide to let time have its way with us or we decide to fight it.
