What’s better than Arbonne for Anti-Aging Skin Care? - Part Two

Thursday I wrote to reader DJ, "A few years ago, after age 50, a woman would have needed to resort to mechanical or invasive procedures (light and laser treatments, injectables or surgery) to retain her youthful looks."



That is rapidly changing. The range and power of anti-aging peptides continues to grow. In my opinion, the most powerful peptide combination available is found in Peter Thomas Roth UnWrinkle. A more affordable (on a per ounce basis) and almost as powerful option is StriVectin-SD.



I’ve recently become very interested in topical MMPIs (Matrix Metalloprotenase Inhibitors) and EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) and am considering adding another step or two to my “Step” article. If the research proves out, we Age Warriors may be able to postpone more invasive procedures for an additional five or ten years!

P.S. Keep up with the Renova. Chemical exfoliants are an excellent way to rev up the skin’s collagen-producing engine. Renova has the added benefit of a moisturizing base for more mature drier skin.



If your prescription runs out, you should know that there are OTC options. Look for vitamin A derivatives called retinoids and including retinol, retinal and retinyl palmitate. These have also been proven to significantly speed up collagen production (May 2007 issue of The Archives of Dermatology).

What’s better than Arbonne for Anti-Aging Skin Care?

I am 49 years old and have been using Arbonne NutriMinC products for 4-5 years. I also use Renova. In the past year I feel the night and eye creme have become too heavy. I switched to their Intelligence line for eye and day/night creme but it is sticky. I am looking for a product to tighten and lift my skin, what do you suggest?

I was an Arbonne consultant for a while but had to give it up for lack of time. The products are excellent and, as a consultant, you’re part of a dynamic team. Don’t hesitate to call on your Arbonne team to help you. When I had any doubts or questions, I first looked on the consultant section of the website. Next I called on my District Manager. She was always happy to help, even calling contacts in upper management from time to time. In my opinion, that spirit of cooperation and helping teammates (rather than viewing the other consultants as your competition) is a big contributor to Arbonne’s rapid growth and popularity. Tap into your Arbonne team and you’ll move on up with them. I’m sure you’ll make some great contacts at the seminar. Have fun!
