Sixth Holiday Post.

Cozy summerhouse covered in snow... why keep the house empty during the winter months, if it can look this good during the Christmas season? As long as you can keep it warm....

Is this the coolest Charlie brown tree, ever??
I LOVE how this looks!! Very contemporary. Even with all the white, this living room reads very warm to me, of cause the roaring fire helps ;)

Ta - da! So simple and effective!!

Even in the dead of winter the natural light keeps the place bright, how cool are the high gloss floors and glossy ceiling?

Close up of the simple decorations, great mix of pine cones........

Would love to eat Christmas dinner with friends and family here, wouldn't you? Notice how the table picks up the other glossy surfaces with it's lacquered finish.

Why only decorate inside?

Have a cozy evening, stay warm!

70'sGlamourParty

Had our work XMAS Party yesterday down at Nielsen Park in Vaucluse.
70's Glamour Theme had us all a little more than excited.
Was one of the best, if not best, work XMAS party I have been to.
Spectacular people, spectacular food, spectacular location and bottomless drinks...
...what more could you want?!
Today's hangover is a little less than comfortable though.
Hope you are all enjoying your weekends!
I have another 70's Hollywood Pool Glamour party to prep for tomorrow...good times!
HAPPY WEEKEND

First Holiday Post.

For those of us who celebrate the holiday season in warmer weather, I figured I would start with a little unusual Christmas-color inspiration!
Not everything has to include pine.... look how fresh and pretty this little floral arrangement looks; orchid and ornament.... Very subtle way of including the Christmas decorations on the table, don't you think??

... and a few citrus-y colors for the tree, how pretty!

What do you have planned? Tree or no tree? Color(s)?
Do tell!!

TGIF!
