So I arrived here in Sydney yesterday to suprise my friend for her 22nd birthday...

Had the BBQ/party last night...was feeling very average this morning...
But nothing a trip to the beach and some yummy lunch couldn't fix.
We went to Maroubra..suuuuuch a nice day today.

Good morning all!

This is what I wore out and about on my day off work yesterday.

At the moment the weather is this happy medium (finalllly)....

..so I am enjoying being able to lightly layer outfits without being uncomfortable.

When it gets too hot all fashion has to (almost) be put aside as a matter of life or death.

(obviously joking).

A few very exciting things are keeping me super positive atm which I love.

As you know, a few weeks ago I entered the Chupa Chups Life Less Serious Blogger Challenge..
I was up against some very stiff competition and to my suprise..
I WON!
$500 cash...WOWIE...am I lucky or what? Really had to pinch myself on this one.
I am someone who NEVER wins anything..so to me this was soooo exciting!

Have been a massive Madonna fan ever since I was a little girl.

This animal print top is one of a few new Topshop items that arrived today
(YAY!)
And also the stone mesh surround ring is Topshop too (both linked above!).

I really love it and can't wait to wear it out.

So light weight...perfect for summer.
Thought it would be fun to mix two animal prints in this outfit...
...with the scarf worn as a head scarf and the top.
I really want to experiment more with print clashing this season!

Thought I would throw on an Akubra today, as let's face it, they are awesome.

Spent the day op-shopping around Adelaide with my brother and sister

and got some fabbbulous buys.

One being this Doc Martens leather backpack..$3...hell yes!

Last Friday I received a more than generous package from the team at

..and I couldn't WAIT to start wearing it all.

A couple of the pieces they sent me were these hotttt denim and leather shorts

(major gush, leather pockets too at the back, I die)
And also this awesome "Roller Coaster of Love" printed t-shirt.

I am alwaysss a sucker for printed t's so I was one happy lady.
