In Search of Clinical Laser for Broken Capillaries

I use the Anew Clinical Laser System & it has really made a difference in my face (broken capillaries) and I just found out that I can't find it anywhere!! Why did they discontinue it? If you can find any anywhere, I would love to buy it.
