More AntiAging Makeup Picks from Becky

Picking up where we left off Wednesday with Becky's foundation picks …

I then tried the
Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme foundation (saved it for last because of the hefty price tag - $35 for 1 oz; but a little goes a long way especially with a foundation brush). The list of ingredients is way too long to put here (they don't list their ingredients on their website but they do on the boxes the products come in) but I'll list a few I recognize as good anti-aging treatments and/or "smoke and mirrors" - acetyl glucosamine, hyaluronic acid, caffeine, acetyl hexapeptide-3, palmitoyl oligopeptide, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and hydrolyzed wheat protein. This product looks fantastic and really does minimize the look of wrinkles.

And I just found out that in September they will be coming out with this same formula in a compact form (I assume it will be similar to the Mary Kay cream to powder foundations and by the way, I too sold Mary Kay at one time!).

This is the foundation I stuck with - a little expensive but while the Cover Girl product does minimize the look of wrinkles, pores, and gives a nice glow, the Estee Lauder does all this and also gives a firmer, more lifted look, which was primarily what I was looking for - just enough added benefit to make it worth the price for me.
