10 Minute Solution Workouts – Fast and Fun


I came across this video sample of a 10-minute workout this morning and tried it myself. It was fun and fast. Well maybe it was fun because it was fast. The sample is a ten-minute Pilates clip with some excellent moves which I had not seen before. I really felt stretched out and relaxed after just ten minutes. Anchor Bay Fitness has produced a substantial series of 10 Minute Solution workout DVDs. Each DVD has five 10-minute routines. You can do them individually or sequentially when you have the time and energy.

The 10 Minute Solution series includes many types of exercise for all levels of ability. You can choose from popular dance, ballet, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, exercise ball workouts and much more. Just browsing got my blood pumping.

Some studies show that regular short workouts can be just as effective as less frequent but longer sessions. But even if that is not so, any exercise is better than none. If you’re having a hard time getting into a workout routine (or getting back into one after the Holidays – like me), this may be just what you need!
