MAC Eyeshadow Swatches – Humid and Gazette Grey

I put in a MAC order the other day for some concealer, as if I don’t have enough already, and these two just happened to fall in my basket. Humid is from the permanent line but happends to have been dolled up in green packaging for the To The Beach collection. Gazette Grey is Ltd edition for the Prep â Papier collection.

Humid is a gorgeous deep shimmery green. It’s super pigmented and blends wonderfully for me. Love it!


Excuse the fuzzy pic of Gazette Grey. I was trying to get a shot of the green and gold sparkles that infuse this grey/brown shadow. The shadow itself is quite a sheer wash of colour. Look up the colour on Temptalia for an amazing pic of just how stunning this looks in the pan. It doesn’t really translate onto the lid though. It’s a touch too sheer for me. I’m thinking of getting a hold of some of the NYX Jumbo eye pencils a. Because I’ve never tried them and b. There is a grey one which I think this might look fab over.
