Sleek Curacao I-Divine Palette

Sleek palettes are a bit like buses. None for ages then all of a sudden three appear in quick succession. This time they have chosen to go all boozy for the Caribbean collection naming the palette and the individual shadows after cocktails. Of course this is something I heartily approve of  ;-)

As usual you can get this from around £7 from some Superdrugs, the Sleek website or Evilbay. I have actually found an eBay seller who sells Sleek palettes for slightly less than Sleek themselves inc P&P and actually has better customer service too. I’ve bought from her twice, if you’re interested it’s here.  The palette is black with a good sized mirror and useless sponge applicator.

Be warned, if colour scares you this will give you nightmares. Personally I freaking love it. Some of the brighter matte shades (e.g. the lighter blue and the red) do need a good sticky base.

The only thing that niggles is that I can’t quite see the theme of this palette. There aren’t many shadow that jump out at me and say “use us together!”. It’s all a bit of a mishmash. Do you need this? If you aren’t a diehard collector or a lover of brights then no, you could probably give it a miss. I am both though so I quite like it x
