Yes I am fully aware that the actually amount of the supposedly miracle argan oil is probably too small in this to do any good but wtf Boots. This conditioner cost me £6.99 for 385ml which is twice what I would normally spend (I’m tight ok?!) and it’s properly shite. For me anyway.
It looks good. The packaging is cute enough and it’s organic and sulphate free. I approve of these things. The bottle promises ‘soft, seductive, silky perfection’. There is quite a strong scent, it’s quite fruity actually. This might be part of the problem for me as generally my skin/ hair and fruity scents don’t play well together.
After a couple of weeks of using this I can safely report that I’d like my money back please. I normally wash my hair every two – three days. My roots start to feel horrendously greasy within 12 hours whilst the ends of my reasonably short and in good condition hair start to look and feel like a thatched cottage roof after 24. Mmm sexy no? So I’m washing my hair more often which isn’t great for it and going through dry shampoo like never before.
In short folks don’t bother with this. Ever. Unless of course it’s worked wonders for you in which case great, everyone’s hair is different x
