I like the idea of white on the water line to brighten your eyes but in reality I find it looks too stark even on my Casper like face. I have Benefit Eye Bright but I actually find the pink tone makes my eyes look a little red. I had high hopes that this creamy flesh tone would do the trick.
The colour is pretty much spot on. It’s a peachy beige with no pink. The formula is out of this world soft. Seriously I only ever wear pencil liners on the water line and I need to be careful not to over apply this. The formula seems very soft and khol like, it never really sets but despite this I get a good 4-5 hours of wear before it starts to look patchy (this is pretty good for me, I usually have to reapply eyeliner on my waterline during the day). The only down side is I think it might be a little difficult to sharpen simply because it is so soft.
Now the first couple of times I wore this I still thought I looked a bit weird and alien-esque (bear with me) but do you know what? It’s really grown on me! I was so used to wearing black of brown on my water line that I felt a little underdressed without the dark colour there. The look has really grown on me though and I do think the shade manages to avoid looking stark.
I love the formula and will definitely pick up more shades if I manage to spot them in TK Maxx which is where I found this one. Damn Stila being so hard to find in the UK! I know you can get them from Beauty Bay for £13.50 though I have never bought from the site myself so can’t comment on service etc x
*I bought this as part of a set from TK Maxx*
