It’s a little bit different from anything I’ve ever used. The clever pointed design never needs sharpening as you use it at an angle thus keeping it pointed. The consistency is soft and very waxy. This is not the tool for creating a precise line. It lends itself better to creating a soft, smoky smudged look. I do like the effect it gives and it is supremely easy to blend.
The one downside for me is that with my hooded lids it transfers horribly. This is easily remedied by setting it with a bit of powder (this also greatly improves its lasting time) I also tends to melt off my waterline pretty quickly so I mainly use this along my top lash line.
The packaging is very appealing. It feels nice and sturdy and I love the little ‘tail’. It looks, no pun intended, very sleek indeed. It comes in black (nocturnal) and purple (odyssey) and costs only £3.99. It has quickly become a staple of any smoky eye look I do.
*I bought a purple one just for my giveaway! Don't forget to enter :-) *
