The theory goes that with MAC concealers you want an NW number for under the eyes to counter act dark circles. I got NW15 which is about half a shade lighter than my skin at the moment so it’s s good colour. You get 5ml of thin, liquid product with a doe foot applicator for £12.50. The coverage is medium, I would still prefer something a little more heavy duty but if you don’t have uber dark circles then you’d probably be fine. You simply use the applicator to dot product on the offending dark patch and use your ring finger to pat it in.

Now I have tried this over/ under foundation. With/ without primers. Powdered, non powdered, used with Benefit Powderflage. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do it still creases on me and kind of pills up throughout the day. It’s not so bad that I can’t use it it’s just really, really annoying. I have cheaper concealers that do the same job but better so I won’t bother repurchasing.

I do like the packaging as you can see how much product there is left though some people might not like the doe foot as it means that you are touching your skin with it then putting it back in the product. It doesn’t really bother me but it might bother some. Despite being totally unable to find a MAC foundation shade that suits me (hey MAC, we come in neutral too you know!) NW15 is spot on for me for under eye circles so I may well try some of their formulas. Any recommendations? X
